Shoebox
When you create a Client taxy automatically creates a Shoebox email address for them. You can find this email address on the Manage Client page for that client.

Clients can use their Shoebox address to forward any emails they get that they know will be needed to complete their tax return later in the year. The next time they log in to taxy they’ll see that email in their Shoebox.
The Shoebox button is located in the top right corner on the Client page. Client’s can find their unique Shoebox email address on their user profile page, which they can access by clicking the person icon in the top right corner of the page.

Click the button to open the Shoebox.

Click and hold on the six dots next the attachment name and drag the attachment over to the requirement you want to attach it to.
Click on the item to open it and see the full email details.
Delete the item from the Shoebox by clicking the rubbish bin icon.
