Inviting team members


Accountants with the Team Administrator role can add new team members.

Select “My teams” from the navigation bar at the top of the screen. (If you do not see this option you do not have the right level of access.)

Your Team page will open showing a list of all the members of your team. Click the “ADD TEAM MEMBER’ button to show the popup.

Fill out the fields in the popup and click “Save”. You can also choose to give the team administrator role to the new team member. The team member’s name will be added to the Team list, with the status of their invite showing as “Pending”, with the expiry date of the invite listed as well. If the person you are inviting already has access to a different team they will be shown as “Accepted” in the list. Your team member will receive an email invitation asking them to setup their account and login to taxy.
