Invite multiple client users at once


During setup, you may choose to invite all the new client users at the same time.

When you add a client user, you can choose to send an invite immediately, or later.

To send invitations to multiple client users at once, click the “Settings” button in the top navigation bar (note – accountants without the Administration role will not see this option).

On the Settings page click the “Client invites” tab.

This will open the “Client invites” tab. All client users who have not received or acted on a invitation are shown in the window, sorted by Client name and email address.

You can choose to select all users, or some user, using the checkboxes. Click the “Send selected” button to send the invitations.

Click the checkboxes next to each client user you are ready to send an invite to, then click the “Send Selected” button to send the invitations.
